Matt Lindland a Politician?

Who wouldn't vote for this guy? Matt Lindland is running for office in Oregon's house of Representatives. And he just won the Republican primary. You can check out his campaign website here http://www.mattfororegon.com/index.html . His platform is pretty standard stuff for the Republican party, lower taxes, local school control, protect property rights. Someone should tell him though that the national mood isn't very Republican (Republicans have lost three special congressional elections in districts that went overwhelmingly to Bush in 2004). But hey that means there might be a chance for Anderson Silva versus Matt Lindland though I wouldn't hold my breath.
