TUF Episode Recap

The one shining character of this season is Rampage and this episode starts with him talking about 'milking control' followed by a Dr. Evil laugh (What? Milk doesn't make you want to rule to world?). Rampage picks Gerlad Harris to fight Amir Sadollah and tells us that Gerlad is a good wrestler where Amir is a kickboxer thus a good matchup for teaam Rampage.
At the training sessions Rampage continues his Dr. Evil impersonation by calling Gerald his 'mini-me'. Forrest on the other hand is fearful of Amir's confidence so Forrest descides to make a side bet with Amir. Not for money, jewels, oil or women no the bet is if Amir wins Forrest will shave half of his hed for the season (Yea mommy! I want a Forest head shave for X-MAS!!!).
After the usual 'I am not an underdog' and 'I am doing this for my family' interviews we are ready to see a fight. Gerald looks HUGE compared to Amir and Amir looks more and more sqemish. Gerald scores the instant takedown and for over a minute they lay on each other. Yep they are still laying on each other and its been 2 minutes. Gerald finally lets loose with a few elbows and punches. At 2:30 in the first round Amir gets to his feet and sprawls agaisnt the cage. Gerlad follows with his best Rampage impersonation and lifts Amir above his head adn slams him to the ground. Amir gets slamemed again and looks none to pleased. AMir gets to his feet and throws an instant knee Gerlad collapses into a weak single leg takedown attmept. Amir finishes the fight strong but it should go to Gerald 10-9.
Round 2 begins with Amir throwing out his jab and following it with three leg kicks. On the last one Gerald shoots in and pins Amir in a sprawl on the fence. Amir goes down and Gerlad unloads a elbow. Amir gets up and sprawls and when Gerald releases lands a knee. Gerlad goes extremely defensive but responds wiht a few punches and another takedown into the fence. Gerald starts to throw a few wild punches and gets tagged with a knee on the cheek and drops. After the fight Gerald is mad and all of team Rampage is shocked.
After the fight the typical post fight emotions are seen anger, sadness, depression, acceptance (it's like a coomunity college acting class).
The final two fights are revealed. Forest tells us that Cale Yarbrough will fight Patrick Schultz. Forrest does his best Nathan Lane impersonation talking about Ju-Jitsu, apparantly Cale is not a fan of the ground game, so they picked Schultz so the two can bang (excellent).
The two begin by throwing some punches and kicks but nothing really lands. Schultz lands a huge right and drops Cale but he seems unphased. THe fight continues with both sides throwing punches with no rhyme or reason. Schultz keeps unloading a big right hand that keeps galncing Cale. Cale keeps pushing forward flailing all his appendages. If you haven't guessed this fight is not very technical. WTF Cale just took down Schultz I thought he hated the ground. Cale is very active in Schultz gaurd but lets him stand up. Cale takes down Schultz again and the round is over. hard to score due to the action but Cale probablly wins it with two takedowns 10-9.
Round 2 begins with the same amount of verocity as the first. These guys keep throwing punches but nothing is really landed. Cale takes Schultz down again (I guess he learned the value of a ground game). Well for two minutes now Cale is beating on Schultz who is doing anything. Still in same position and I am more interested in my room mate's drunken tales. This fight should be over for Cale who takes it easily 10-9. Dana tells us it is a decision which means Cale wins.
Rampage and Forrest throw a few verbal jabs over a possible 3rd round. And then they really get into it. Rampage says 'their fight won't be goign to decision and he will bet his entire purse on it.' Forrest doesn't looked pleased.
