Stephens is a young guy from Iowa just like his opponent. Spencer Fisher has been in some great fights, most people remember his fights with Sam Stout and considering they split the first two a rubber match may be in the works soon.

Stephens is not immune on the ground his two losses are by submission. Fisher is a solid and well rounded fighter with lots of skill.
