Affliction future fights

One of the nice things about Affliction: Banned is that it set up several future fights. Obviously the Fedor vs. Couture match which will super ceded by Fedor vs. Arlovski. Several other potential fights have emerged as well. Vitor Belfort vs. Matt Lindland is one such fight between high talent middleweights. Then there is the potential of Renato 'Babalu' Sobral vs. Tito Ortiz. Ortiz is always a big draw and getting him into Affliction would be a significant coup, besides Tito can hang out with his new buddy Donald Trump some more.

But while Affliction can put on fights between aging or unsigned MMA stars there is a significant price tag to gathering these fighters (Tim Sylvia was paid $800,000 to get KO's in thirty seconds). Plus if Affliction is unable to identify young talent and develop it, very soon the promotion will simply be a collection of old guys.
