Opinions on the weekend

Affliction versus UFC! Who won? Who lost? Who has to go on ESPN's OTL to get yelled at for destroying the youth of America? These questions are spinning around the heads of writers and fans since the two organization went head to head this past weekend. While I personally think it was a push at least until we know whatever the PPV buys.
Most of the consensus is that Affliction did well despite some problems. The MMAJunkie thinks that Affliction did a great job. Dave Meltzer of yahoo sports thinks that Affliction can compete at their first show was an indication of their potential. Sam Caplan of fiveouncesofpain.com thinks that Affliction did well but there were a few mistakes in the production. Steve Cofield thinks that Affliction won straight up.
On the other hand Luke Thomas of the bloodyelbow.com is not sold and is a big doubter about Affliction's card (something that got him flamed pretty bad) and believes the UFC won the night easily.
