Continuing the fallout of the ABC's new unified rules the California State Athletic Commission has waded into the fray. Of course they took great exception to the new weight divisions, but there was more to their press release. Within in the CSAC released their definition (as seen above) of 'back of the head'. This contradicts the 2'' diameter mohawk definition that John McCarthy and the ABC presented.
