Roy Nelson suggests fight tampering

Roy Nelson, former IFL heavyweight Grand Prix winner and current Affliction fighter, is adding a new accusation to 'Standgate'. WKR wanted to call this controversy 'Kimbogate', but with other media coverage as well as Nelson's comments, 'Standgate' is better. Nelson claims that EliteXC VP, Jared Shaw, shouted instructions at the referees during the Arlovski fight. The result was the fight being stood up when Nelson had the clear advantage in side control on the ground.

Nelson comments are not just EliteXC related, he also says that 70% of MMA fighters are on steroids. What a wonderful picture Nelson is painting for us. A corrupt promotion and a bunch of roid rage fighters.
