Juanito Ibarra is Benedict Arnold

Juanito Ibarra was the trainer of former UFC light heavyweight champion, Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson. Jackson dumped Ibarra as his trainer after his mental breakdown following his loss to Forrest Griffin at UFC 86. After the public divorce there were accusations that Ibarra took financial advantage of Jackson. It appears that Juanito did not appreciate being called a thief, (via mmamania.com)
"I have the formula that can make Wanderlei Silva beat Rampage easy; easy! And I also have the formula where I think Rampage can beat Wanderlei Silva easy and I’ve always said that. I don’t care how many times Wanderlei beat Rampage and how he beat him, I just know this and I told people because they were telling me Wanderlei was asking for me. I ain’t believing nothing until I get the phone call from him. Otherwise, it’s just a big rumor to me. I’m not trying to get off of that, I’m just saying, it’s a similar situation of knowing both parties and knowing their weaknesses."
Wanderlei has his own response (via bloodyelbow.com)
"I've received a letter from someone offering training with Juanito to me, but I didn't care to accept it. The letter "contained phone numbers that I could use to get in touch with Juanito, but I threw it away," he added. "I think it's unethical to accept the former coach of my opponent, and if Juanito is doing this with Rampage, he may do the same with me later."
Good for Wanderlei by saying 'thanks, but no thanks'. Once you consider that Wanderlei has handily defeated Rampage twice, and that Rampage is most likely not mentally right. Plus Jackson is training in England, not exactly the Mecca of mixed-martial-arts. I don't believe he really needs the help.
