WEC 43 Live Results
WEC 43 is tonight on Versus at 10 p.m. ET featuring a interim lightweight title bout between Donald Cerrone and Ben Henderson
The fightcard was originally set for September 2nd in Youngstown, Ohio but was postponed when Ben Henderson was injured. The event was subsequently moved to San Antonio, Texas.
Sadly the main storyline going into WEC 43 is not about the merits of the fightcard or whether Ben Henderson or Donald Cerrone is a superior fighter. Instead most observes are more interested in the WEC's broadcast partner, Versus, and their ongoing dispute with DirecTV, which resulted in the station going black for DirecTV subscribers.
This will be the first WEC fightcard on Versus since the dispute with DirecTV.
- Ben Henderson def. Donald Cerrone via unanimous decision (48-47, 48-47, 48-47). Henderson wins the WEC interim lightweight title.

- Damacio Page def. Will Campuzano via submission (rear naked choke) - Round 1, 1:02.
There will be **Spoilers** for the preliminary card after the jump.
