Alistair Overeem looks fine [Update]

For supposedly being unable to fight in either August or November Alistair Overeem put on a clinic last night.

The Strikeforce heavyweight champion absolutely dominated Tony Sylvester, in Golden Glory's Ultimate Glory 11 event in Amsterdam. Overeem submitted Sylvester is ninety-six seconds of the first round (fight video after the jump).

Alistair has put his Strikeforce title on the back burner for the rest of the year. Overeem may compete at Dream 12 and is scheduled to compete K-1 World Grand Prix 2009 Final in December

Yet North American fans are anxious for Overeem to return to the 'New World' and defend his title.

The longer Overeem waits to fight in the United States, where athletic commissions test for steroids, the louder the whispers of possible steroid use will become.
