Santiago is NOT a LW.....
The only top LW thats in the UFC is Penn and he will remain the best until he is challenged and NO one in the UFC will beat him sooo they NEED to bring in top LW as in Aoki, Hansen, Kawajri, Alvarez, JZ, Ribeiro, Kitaoka…..etc.
