Brett Rogers on ESPN "First Take"
Brett Rogers appeared on ESPN 2 for an interview with First Take host Dana Jacobson.
It was a standard interview with Jacobson asking about Brett's past, his origins as a fighter and the story behind of his nickname.
One moment of particular hilarity was when Dana Jacobson butchered Fedor's last name saying, "Umeinlenko."
I think "Umeinlenko" sums up the problems with mainstream acceptance nicely.

I think “Umeinlenko” displays laziness, unprofessionalism and arrogance.

Zak,
It is not like the interviewers are not prepped before they get on air. ESPN has done a story or two on Fedor in the past. I’m sure there’s a producer behind the scenes saying his name is Fedor (like Dostovesky) E – me -lia – nen – ko.
Don’t mind me, I’m just a cynical hater.
