The World MMA Awards show will be hosted by John Heffron.....*crickets crickets crickets*.......who is he?
Well, according to his wiki page he, "...toured with Charlie Murphy and Joe Rogan in Maxim and Bud Light's Real Men of Comedy tour in the fall of 2006." Oh, so he is buds with Joe Rogan? Hopefully we will get some Affliction jokes.
This won't be the first time Heffron will don the host's tux. Heffron made his hosting debut on the internet broadcast NowLive.com. Um, that no longer exists but I am sure it was good, right?
Oh yeah, he won the second season of Last Comic Standing so you know he has to be funny.
Since I am a positive guy let's count our blessings it wasn't Kathy Griffin and Heffron is supposedly a MMA fan.
