TUF 10 Finale Ratings

Photo by Dave Mandel via Sherdog

The ratings for The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale are now public.

The free night of fights averaged 3.7 million viewers throughout the broadcast and peaked with 5.2 million viewers during the Kimbo Slice Houston Alexander fight.

While the UFC easily defeated their previous Finale record for average viewers; the Kimbo Slice-Houston Alexander fight failed to break into the top-ten most watched MMA fights (list here, Slice vs. Nelson and Fedor vs. Rogers not on the list) and was actually watched by a million fewer viewers than the Roy Nelson Kimbo Slice fight.

The Finale itself actually averaged poorer ratings than the first (4.1 million viewers) and third episodes (5.3 million viewers) of this season of The Ultimate Fighter.

Update: With DVR viewers added the Kimbo Slice-Houston Alexander bout peaked with 6 million viewers.

still good number for the kimbo fight

btw i predicted kimbo would win. first round incredibly boring but second round kimbo had a perfect slam of houston and some decent ground and pound. i hope they match up kimbo with another striker on a ppv. lets see what numbers he could get on ppv? lets hope they have a better tuf 11 b/c i don’t want to see a fat bellied roy nelson rubbing his belly on spike tv again.i live in nevada and they only turned up the volume for the kimbo fight. after that it was texas/nebraska and gt/ clemson at full blast.

yes i am obsessive, obnoxious, in your face and all about covering the spread. those are my good qualities.

i guess you can't understand english or nevada.

we see the ppv’s for free with alot of people in nevada casino’s. even though this one was free on spike. they were only interested in the kimbo fight and then the volume was turned down b/c the nebraska/texas game was going down to the wire and so was the clemson/ gt game. meaning the fight card suck and that roy nelson is an embarrassment to the sport. makes sense now dumbazz. cheetah woods. peace
