Karo Parisyan test positive for pain killers [Update]

According to MMAMania Karo Parisyan tested positive for three painkillers at UFC 94. The painkillers are Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone and Oxymorphone, all are opiate based painkillers. No word yet on a suspension from the NSAC.

Karo defeated Dong Hyun Kim in a split decision at UFC 94. Karo was recovering from an injury as well as suffering from anxiety issues. 

Since all of the painkillers are narcotic painkillers, Karo should of been taking them via a doctor's prescription.

Karo claimed that he told the commission about the drugs and that a commission official signed off and the drugs as long as Karo had a proper prescription.

The NSAC is disputing Karo's claim and a hearing will be held to rectify the issues.
