WEC 39 tonight

WEC 39 is tonight. I couldn't find a promo poster that didn't feature Carlos Condit who is now fighting in the UFC in April. This of course happened when Brock Larson was injured causing the WEC welterweight division to fold faster than Lehman Brothers.

Since I couldn't find a new poster it got me thinking of  WEC 38 when Versus and company were still using promotions for Faber vs. Pulver from MAY of 2008. But I am not saying that Zuffa is ignoring World Extreme Cagefighting or just giving them pennies or having the WEC matchmaker be a guy who made a highlight reel to the Teenage Wasteland. Not at all...
