UFC to counter broadcast Strikeforce

The Ultimate Fighting Championship will coutner broadcast Strikeforce's April 11th show with a replay of UFC 94.
So much for Dana White being a fan of Strikeforce and Scott Coker.
Strikeforce recently bought assets from the bankrupt ProElite. Part of that deal included broadcast deals with Showtime. On April 11th Strikeforce will hold their first show on Showtime since buying ProElite. The card features several prominent bouts. The main event is a fight between Nick Diaz and Frank Shamrock. Also Strikeforce lightweight champion Josh Thomson will defend his title against Gilbert Melendez.
The UFC will be counter Strikeforce with a replay of UFC 94 on Spike. UFC 94 featured St. Pierre vs. Penn II as well as Machida vs. Silva.
