Forrest Griffin vs. Thiago Silva at UFC 101

PrintMMA Junkie is reporting that Forrest Griffin will fight Thiago Silva at UFC 101.
Forrest Griffin (16-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) last fought at UFC 92 where he lost his light heavyweight title to Rashad Evans. Griffin has been nursing a hand injury since that bout.
Thiago Silva (13-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) recently fought at UFC 94 and was knocked out by current number one contender Lyoto Machida.
UFC 101 is scheduled for August in Portland Oregon. Currently it is rumored that Randy Couture will fight Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in the main event.

griffin’s been gunshy since the jardine beatdown…..silva and him should make for a great fight unless they both come out reaaaal tentative….
