WKR's Gabling advice UFC 97

I am not going to lie, the last UFC event I bet on was an unmitigated disaster. In my attempt to make the most money I ended up thinking Pete Sell was actually capable of winning a fight. Luckily my bookie thinks I am good for the money so on to my unfortunate attempts at betting advice.

Chuck Liddell (-175) vs. Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua (+145)
Got to go with Chuck on this one. Shogun has had some serious cardio issues (steroids?) and we still don't know what lingering effects there are from the ACL surgery. The other factor that we need to consider is that Rua fights very similar to Wanderlei Silva. Liddell looked his best in his past four fights when he fought Wanderlei. If Shogun comes out aggressive and pushes the pace that may just allow Liddell to use his effective counter punching. 

Cheick Kongo (-270) vs. Antoni Hardonk (+210)
Hardonk has lost to Justin McCully thus I will bet against him every time. Come on, daddy needs a new pair of shoes!

Sam Stout (-160) vs. Matt Wiman (+130)
I know I am picking Stout to win this fight but considering he is on an 0-2 slide and Wiman pays off more, I think it may be prudent to put a couple of bucks on Wiman here. 

Last event WKR went 0-4, ouch!
