It's Called Satire
The boys at fightlinker had a masterful April Fool's joke in store for MMA fans yesterday, apparently not everyone found it funny.
Sherdog has sent fightlinker a trademark infringement letter and are demanding a compensation for such a lewd, inexcusable, unthinkable actions by fightlinker,
It is clear that your operation of Fightlinker.com is intended to (and actually does) confuse and misdirect online consumers seeking Sherdog.com, and also disparages both Crave and Sherdog.com, evidencing a total and willful disregard for the intellectual property rights of Crave. Among other things, your actions give rise to claims of intentional trademark infringement, disparagement, false designation of origin, false advertising, unfair competition and dilution. The remedies available to Crave for your unlawful acts include actual damages, statutory damages (which are independent of actual damages), profits, and a permanent injunction against any further acts of infringement. Furthermore, attorneys' fees and a damage multiplier may also be recovered where intentional infringement is shown (as would be the case here). This is not a complete listing of Crave's rights, all of which are reserved.

I think I remember the Supreme Court ruling that parodies are protected under the "fair use doctrine" speech but whatever.

If I rolled my eyes as hard as I feel that I should, they’d be half way down the hall and making for the elevator by now.
