UFC News and Notes

- Stephan Bonnar and Mark Coleman will meet at UFC 100. This is fast becoming the best card in recent memory. Both Coleman and Bonnar are coming off disappointing losses. Bonnar returned to the Octagon after rehabbing a knee injury, unfortunately he returned against blue-chip prospect Jon Jones. Mark Coleman has only fought once in the UFC since coming out of retirement. Coleman looked to struggle with the weight cut to 205lbs. and lost that bout to Shogun Rua.

- Junior dos Santos to knockout Justin McCully sometime this summer.

- The UFC also announced the three headliner bouts for their centennial fight card. George St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves, Frank Mir vs. Brock Lesnar and Dan Henderson vs. Michael Bisping.

- Kendall Grove is back! Grove will face off against Ricardo Almeida at UFC 101. 

- I swore to god I wasn't going to write any more about 'The Rant' but there is news about it. The Association for Women in Sports Media (AWSM) is demanding that Dana White apology for his misogynistic comments. Zach Arnold goes into the controversial history about the leader of the AWSM.
