Matt Hughes facing imminent retirement?

Is this Matt Hughes last fight? Stephan Bonnar seems to think so. The UFC light heavyweight said this during his MMA Live analysis,
"I have heard it from Matt Hughes mouth that this will be his last fight win or lose."
Perhaps Hughes will be the second UFC Hall of Fame inductee, beside the almost assured induction of the recently deceased Tapout founder Charles ‘Mask' Lewis.
This could be an out for the UFC from Chuck Liddell's waffling over retirement.
