While the heavyweight, middleweight and welterweight divisions had a few minor changes there were some major shake ups in the light heavyweight and lightweight divisions.

For the light heavyweight division Lyoto Machida is the new #1 with Evans at #2 and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson as #3. Luiz Cane also scratches the top-ten and Chuck Liddell has officially fallen out of the top-ten as well.
The middleweight division is still waiting for a challenger to Anderson Silva. The division stayed virtually the same with a few minor changes though few of the fighters involved actually fought this month.
While the welterweight division stayed relatively unchanged Martin Kampmann did enter the top ten at #7 with Carlos Condit falling to #8. Paulo Thiago, who upset #6 Josh Koscheck at UFC 95, is at #11.
In the lightweight division there was a major upset in the form of Frankie Edgar's unanimous decision victory over Sean Sherk. Sherk though stays in the top-ten, ranked #6, while Edgar, and some other notable UFC lightweights, are on the outside looking in.
