Kimbo Returns!

Kimbo Slice will be on The Ultiamte Fighter. That revalation is finally starting to sink in.
I never thought I'd have to write about Kimbo again but here I am stewing over the UFC's latest announcement and I feel neither elated nor distraught. But I am highly suspicious.
There are two facts that jump out to me about this whole situation. The first is that no one will have to fight to get into the house this year. Obviously this is to protect Spike/UFC's media investment. We can't have one of the most recognizable figures in MMA lose on day one.
The second fact, is that we now have a reality show that features Quinton 'Rampge' Jackson, Rashad Evans and Kimbo Slice. This is obviously a huge media coup for the UFC, Spike and The Ultimate Fighter. I mean Michael Wilbon, of Pardon The Interruption, at one point said all he wanted to see was Rampage fight Kimbo. With these personalities and in that house Wilbon may see his wish fulfilled. At the least The Soup will talk about it, so we are moving up in the world right?
I can't escape my personal misgivings. Kimbo lost to Seth Petruzelli after all and if the UFC and Spike want to milk him for all he is worth will they fill the show with green talent in order to protect the media investment. At the very least we can all but guarantee that Slice will be featured in one of the last preliminary bouts and against a hand picked opponent. After that it is fair game.
The question I have to you, the readers, is what are your feelings about Kimbo's return to MMA.

Cautiously Optimistic – did you borrow that term from Greenspan? Good point about why they are not fighting to get into the house.
I want to know if Kimbo is the one person that Rampage Tweeted about, that he did not like.
