Two weeks are up, WKR was right about New York and MMA

MMA Weekly is reporting that MMA legislation in New York may not be done until 2010. Maybe they should read WKR more often because we wrote about that two weeks ago!

I am not trying to gloat or say "I told you so" (which is totally what I am doing) but the simple fact of the matter is that WKR has been writing about this for a long time (12345). Look, the New York legislative calender is only six months long and no MMA website has been telling fans that there is only so much time for a typically deadlocked body to get the MMA bill passed. Fourteen days ago there were only two weeks left in the legislative calender and Albany was trapped in deadlock again due to a coup

Every political observer and even casual observer knew that all current legislation would stall do to the coup and not be picked up again until 2010.

WKR wrote about this a lot and nobody listened. Well that's not true, fightlinker did.
