Kit Cope, Gina Carano's ex-boyfriend, took aim at his former girlfriend and her camp, calling Xtreme Couture "Xtreme Fashion" --meaning that it is simply fashionable to train at the gym-- while also claiming to have a sex tape with Carano.

Shawn Tompkins, Carano's trainer at Xtreme Couture, took offense to Kit Cope comments and generally his whole existence in an interview with Raw Vegas T.V. 

Here are some highlights for those that can't watch the clip,

"I know Gina Carano very well. She's got one thing in mind and that's beating Cyborg," said Tompkins. "She's trained harder than she's ever trained. Everybody saw her at the press conference in New York, Everybody's commenting that she's got a brand new body. He hasn't seen her train in three years. What does he know?

"He's doing what he always does. He jumps in front of a video camera, he gets excited and he runs his mouth off."

"He hasn't fought in years and I don't see him training anybody. I do remember this though, I was the one walking through the door where he's the muay thai coach and I was the one coaching the owner. Who's the better coach?

As far as a trainer feud goes this has to be one of the most entertaining in recent history. Can't wait to see Kit Cope claim to have a sex tape with Shawn Tompkins.

Kit Cope was on MMA Junkie radio and claimed the whole thing was just a joke. Though he continued to claim that Tompkins is not a techinque trainer.
