Miguel Torres is a great good luck charm
Chicago White Sox pitcher Mark Buehrle throw a perfect game earlier today. While Buehrle is receiving the amount of praise one would expect from being the eighteenth pitcher to ever throw a perfect game and the first in five years, Buehrle had help from two unlikely sources.
The first helping hand was DeWayne Wise and his amazing 9th inning catch to keep perfection it tact. The other helping hand came at the start of the game in the form of WEC bantamweight champion Miguel Torres.
Torres threw out the ceremonial first pitch and also proved that he is more lucky than a rabbits foot, pot of leprechaun gold, live chicken sacrifices, Jobu and Jesus Christ.
"I left a cup of lion's blood and some cobra venom for him (Buehrle) at the mound to throw a no-hitter," Torres said with a laugh. "That's how I roll. It was an awesome experience."
On second thought it sounds more like Torres left Buehrle a Polyjuice potion.

Really..?! Polyjuice potion..?
Polyjuice potion..?! That was honestly a little corny dude. I thought it was some muscle milk type sh*t. Nope. Just a strangely placed Harry Potter reference.
