Takanori Gomi to fight at Affliction Trilogy

Takanori Gomi has been flirting with the possibility of coming to the United States for some time now. 

Now "The Fireball Kid" is being listed on Affliction's official fight card, albeit with an asterisk.

Main Bouts (on PPV):
- Fedor Emelianenko (30-1) vs. Josh Barnett (24-5) 
- Renato "Babalu" Sobral (32-8) vs. Gegard Mousasi (25-2-1) 
- Vitor Belfort (18-8) vs. Jorge Santiago (21-7) 
- Gilbert Yvel (36-13-1) vs. Paul Buentello (27-10
- Takanori Gomi * (30-5) vs. Rafaello Oliveira (8-1)   

 Does this mean that Gomi is a done deal for "Trilogy" or does it mean that Affliction has the former Pride fighter targeted but not yet signed? 

It was previously rumored that Gomi would fight at Affliction "Trilogy" though it was rumored to be against Brian Cooper not Rafaello Oliveira. 

On the flip side, Gomi recently claimed that he was entertaining an offer from the UFC.
