Cage Cast's UFC 100 main card preview is here! Okay, I know it doesn't hold the same weight but it is still exciting.

• First up is Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Alan Belcher. Can Alan Belcher spoil the debut of Akiyama akin to what he did against Denis Kang?
  
• Next up is the battle of the TUF 9 coaches, Michael Bisping and Dan Henderson. Will Bisping follow through on his suicidal wrestling strategy against Hendo or will Dan prove that "the Count" is indeed a douchebag.
  
• Jon Fitch vs. Paulo Thiago: Is Paulo Thiago good? How did Jon Fitch go from ugly red-headed step child to executioner of choice? Who knows but I am excited to find out. 
  
• Champ Georges St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves (for welterweight title). Spencer sides with his fellow Maple Leaf citizen and Zak has to agree. Key match-up to watch, St. Pierre's takedowns vs. Alves sprawl. 
  
• Champ Brock Lesnar vs. interim champ Frank Mir (heavyweight title unification). Brock Lesnar is just too big and too strong for Frank Mir. Then again that is what we said the last time and Mir pulled off a win, albeit a controversial one.

We finish off on a lighter not talking about the chances of seeing the "Buffer 360" which incidentally happens to be this episodes lead in. Also we briefly mention "Operation Fedor" and whether or not Dana White will have a popular uprising on his hands.
