What will the UFC do to Couture?

Today EA sports announced that UFC fighter Randy Couture will be apart of their upcoming MMA game. Weeks ago Dana White & Lorenzo Fertitta threatened to "ban" fighters who participated in this game. Now that someone has crossed that line drawn in the sand, what will happen?
I really doubt the UFC will do much of anything in this case. Couture during his legal battle with the UFC signed with EA back in 2007. Also lets not forget Couture isn't on the UFC: Unleashed game due to that legal battle. That being said the next current UFC fighter to signed with EA sports will likley not get off so easy.

The EA deal was done pre-UFC.
It was a negotiation sticking point. UFC has known all along this would happen.
