WKR Prediction: UFC 105 headliner
UFC 105 is scheduled for November 14th in Manchester, England. Currently it is believed that 105 will be aired on Spike as the UFC will be holding UFC 106 (a PPV event) a week later in Las Vegas.
Usually the UFC does not put title fights on free television card, Rampage vs. Henderson being the notable exception. If the UFC follows this trend then what fight(s) could headline the UFC 105 card?
Clearly UFC 105 is tailored towards Michael Bisping, the Manchester native, so it stands to reason they will want him on the card. Originally it was rumored that Wanderlei Silva would fight "The Count" but now Silva is recovering from facial surgery. If Bisping will remain the headline bout he will need a legit middleweight opponent to fight. WKR believes it could be the winner of Maia vs. Marquardt, though it could easily be the loser as well.
If the UFC goes the loser route they will need another fight to bolster the card. WKR thinks that we could see Antonio Rogerio Nogueira make his UFC debut against the winner of Thiago Silva Keith Jardine fight at UFC 102.
Either way UFC 102 could determine the fate of the UFC 105 fightcard.
There is a possible dark horse candidate: Dan Hardy. At the moment Hardy doesn't have an opponent so we could see him on the card as well. Hardy would need a top-ten opponent, which would be a major risk to the UFC's second marquee British fighter, and the only available fighter's right now are Matt Hughes, Matt Serra, Thiago Alves and Paulo Thiago.

Not the winner
I don’t think Bisping deserves the winner of the Maia vs. Marquardt fight. The winner should face Dan Henderson for a shot at the title. The loser moving on to face Bisping is a better choice. Both fighters will pose a unique challange to Bisping which might keep the UFC from making it.
I’d also love to see Antonio Rogerio Nogueira make his UFC debut against the winner of Thiago Silva vs. Keith Jardine fight. Be happy with Hardy fighting a contender too.

"My Take" on the world of Mixed Martial Arts.
I’m thinking Patrick Cote’. He’s got some name value behind him and has main-evented before. Plus, it would likely lead to another spectacular KO on the Count, which would please U.S. & Canadian fans.
heaven willing bisping will not be the headline.
but im thinking sexyama or kang will fight him….and bisping will lose.
hardy is the guy the ufc should be pimping out. hes much better and much more exciting than bisping.
Whoa didnt even consider those……
hmmmmm I like……
Still, Maia/Nate will be getting some serious PPV love so I could see them taking a headliner. But if Bisping isnt the main event I could totally see Kang

it might be a bit too soon for maia and/or marquart. would love to either one of them humiliate bisping again though.
it is a free spike show i dont see them going all out on this one. im thinking it will be kind of a disappointment.
