The NSAC approved Instant Replay for MMA. Referees can now use it at the end of a bout to determine if the stoppage was legal. Exact wording below.
"A referee at the conclusion of a contest or exhibition stopped immediately due to an injury to an unarmed combatant pursuant to NAC 467.718 and after making a decision, may view a replay if available in order to determine whether the injury in question was caused a legal blow or a foul."

Confusing but...
The way I read it is that if a fight ends similar to how the first Anthony Johnson vs. Kevin Burns fight did. Then replay can be used to show that Johnson was poked in the eye and not knocked out. The fight would then have been ruled a No Contest instead of a lose for Johnson. I think if used in this manner it would clearly be good for the sport.
