Ben Rothwell (30-6) has agreed to fight Cain Velasquez (6-0) at UFC 104.
Rothwell was originally scheduled to fight Chase Gormley at UFC 104.
Velasquez's original opponent, Shane Carwin, will fight Brock Lesnar at UFC 106 for the UFC heavyweight title.
