Dana White's got no beef with Strikeforce but Showtime, that's a different story...
Dana White said this about the premium cable channel at the UFC 102 press conference,
"I'm not anti-Strikeforce, I don't dislike those guys," said White following the press conference. "I dislike Showtime, that's who I dislike. I think they're di-ks, I don't like them. I don't like their attitude; they think they are better than they really are. They've been second-rate at boxing, they've been second-rate at programming and now they think they are great at mixed martial arts and my fight is with them, not with Strikeforce."
White may be taking aim at the proverbial power behind the throne.
The UFC president also hinted at a major announcement,
UFC president Dana White on Thursday said a third UFC event was in the works for November, featuring a headlining bout between lightweight champion B.J. Penn and Diego Sanchez.
What may really peak interest is that he said the event was neither a pay-per-view nor a Spike televised affair, lending credence to strong speculation of a long coveted network television deal.
"Wait and see boys... if I can pull this one off," he said.
Michael David Smith of MMA Fanhouse talked to ESPN and it appears that the World Wide Leader is not an option. At least right now.

Dana, please don’t beat Showtime to death until “Weeds” gets canceled. After that, knock yourself out.
