What’s the sexiest mixed martial arts maneuver?
"It definitely wouldn’t be a knockout. Maybe choking out? That’s not necessarily sexy...maybe a little kinky."

If you could be any UFC fighter, who would it be?
"I’m going to pick two. I’m a huge Anderson Silva fan because of his elegance in the cage. I also have to go with B. J. Penn. He’s like Gumby—very flexible."

How do you stay in such great shape?
"Well, I’m not going to lie...I’m at an IHOP right now. I’m all about the Swedish pancakes with butter."
