If last nights UFC event didn't fulfill your MMA fix WEC 42 takes place tonight at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The event airs live on Versus at 9:00pm EST.
WEC 42 features a bantamweight title bout between Miguel Torres and Brian Bowles. WKR will provide round-by-round update and analysis in addition to results.

- Brian Bowles def. Miguel Torres via knockout (punches) - Round 1, 3:57. Brian Bowles becomes the new WEC bantamweight champion.
- Dominick Cruz def. Joseph Benavidez via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28).
- Danny Castillo def. Ricardo Lamas via TKO (punches) - Round 2, 4:15.
- Takeya Mizugaki def. Jeff Curran via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28).

i dont think bowles is in his league though. im thinking an early stoppage win for torres.

because the little guys come to fight.
same with boxing. id rather watch a straweight fight than a heavyweight fight anyday.

No one is unbeatable.
Wish I would have put some money on Bowles. I had a feeling he might win-
I was telling my wife right before the main event started that I could see it going down like the first Mike Thomas Brown-Urijah Faber fight.
