UFC 103 Preview: Tomasz Drwal vs. Drew McFedries

Tomasz Drwal (16-2-1, 2-1) vs. Drew McFedries (8-5, 4-4)
The Story So Far
In the UFC's attempt to counter promote Mayweather-Marquez, MMA fans will be treated to two live fights on Spike TV for free with no commercials. The first fight of this complimentary treat, is between Drew McFedries and Tomasz Drawl. Many UFC fans will be familiar with McFedries incredibly knockout power coupled with zero ground game. Drawl is a Polish fighter so will probably always have a job in the UFC as long as Zuffa continues its European expansion e.g. Alessio Sakara.
Drew McFedries is coming off of a TKO victory over Xavier Foupa-Pokamat UFC 98. After the victory McFedries took a flamethrower to Miletich Fighting Systems (the gym McFedries was fighting out of). Perhaps this is a sign that Drew is trying to become a more well rounded fighter and not solely rely on cardio and strength.
Tomasz Drawl did fight at 205lbs. in the UFC. Drawl lost to Thiago Silva in his UFC debut at UFC 75. Tomasz followed the loss by putting together back-to-back knockout victories over Ivan Serati and Mike Ciesnolevicz.

Conventional Wisdom
The placement of McFedries on the Spike under card could be seen as executives betting on a big knockout. Drawl has only one lost via TKO and has four knockout victories plus six technical knockouts. This fight appears prime to be a slug fest.
WKR Analysis
While both fighter's mo is to stand and trade if Drawl were smart he would take McFedries down and follow it with some ground-n-pound.
Fun Fact
Drew is afflicted with Crohn's disease, a gastrointestinal autoimmune disease. It causes, "abdominal pain, diarrhea (which may be bloody), vomiting, or weight loss."
