Bob Sapp replaces Mousasi and will fight Sokodjou
With Gegard Mousasi being injured from an exhibition match with Fedor Emelianenko at M1-Global: Breakthrough it left a spot vacant in Dream's Super Hulk tournament. Bob Sapp has stepped up to replace Mousasi and he will fight Rameau Thierry Sokodjou on October 6th.
Many U.S. fans were looking forward to Mousasi fighting the once highly touted Sokodjou. Now we will have to see how Rameau handles the behemoth that is Bob Sapp.
Sapp spoke to MMA Weekly and gave one of the best quotes in recent MMA memory,
"If Sokoudjou wins... I'll probably be fighting a celebrity (at Dynamite),"
Kind of sums up the state of Dream, doesn't it?
