Cheick Kongo vs. Paul Buentello on Versus

There was a surprise announcement from the UFC today.
Heavyweights Cheick Kongo (14-6-1) and Paul Buentello (27-11) will fight on the UFC's debut Versus card on March 21st.
Both fighters are coming off of losses suffered at UFC 107. Buentello --who is making his second UFC run-- lost a majority decision to Stefan Struve while Kongo suffered a submission loss to Frank Mir.
The UFC also confirmed the Spencer Fisher-Duane Ludwig fight for the Versus show.

- Junior Dos Santos vs. Gabriel Gonzaga
- John Howard vs. Anthony Johnson
- Shannon Gugerty vs. Clay Guida
- Spencer Fisher vs. Duane "Bang" Ludwig*
- James Irvin vs. Alessio Sakara
- Eliot Marshall vs. Vladimir Matyushenko
- Chase Gormley vs. Brendan Schaub

Wow they are really serious about this Versus thing, that is a way better card than 108, i’d even consider paying for that
So does Kongo “stand and bang” because he’s younger and it’s his strength, or does he try and take him to the ground where, maybe, just maybe, he’s got the advantage, having shown some signs of life down there?
