UFC 108 Results: Jake Ellenberger Scores First UFC Victory

Jake Ellenberger had over twenty professional victories under his belt before  making his UFC debut. In that first fight Ellenberger faced off against the former WEC welterweight champion, Carlos Condit, but Ellenberger was surprisingly game as he narrowly lost the bout via split decision.

In Jake's second UFC fight we was able to complete what he came so close to in his UFC debut. 

The first round saw Pyle place Ellenberger on his back but at the end of the round Jake was able to land a powerful knee to Pyle's ribs, which clearly injured his opponent. .

It would take twenty-two seconds in the second round for Ellenberger to finish what he started at the end of round one. Ellenberger stuffed a shot from Mike Pyle then responded with a straight left right combo, the latter punch landing and dropping Pyle. From there Ellenberger pounced on Pyle and pounded out his first UFC victory.
