UFC Fight Night 20: Maynard vs. Diaz drew an attendance of 8,078 for a live gate of $753,962. That is a UFC record for a Fight Night card.
While the card may have broken gate records it didn't break any ratings records and failed to surpass the UFC's last Fight Night offering. Fight Night 20 was also beaten in the ratings department by WWE Raw and TNA's live offering the previous week on Spike.
Fight Night 20 was held at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia. The Patriot Center is the stadium for George Mason University.
