From Bloodyelbow:
"Factoring in replays and DVR views, His fight against Houston Alexander reached an average of 6 million viewers. That is up from the 5.2 million viewers that was initially reported.
Kimbo's two fights from TUF 10 are now part of the top 10 most watched fights in MMA history. He currently holds four of the top 10 with his two EliteXC bouts."
Kimbo definitely equals big ratings but is it really a good thing that he is currently the biggest television draw in the sport?

The problem is they will put him on PPV main cards to generate $, but he belongs on UFN undercards. There are only so many more hand picked opponents left.
see, I am not so sure that Kimbo is better on PPV’s. I think him being placed on UFN’s can help build the popularity of good fighters on those cards

agreed because the casual fan who wants to see kimbo will not pay to see him (in my opinion). i think the UFC knows this and will keep him on free fights
