Bellator standouts Hector Lombard and Jorge Masvidal will fight at G-Force Fights 3
Bellator middleweight champion, Hector Lombard (22-2-1), has kept himself busy while waiting for the second season to start. Lombard recently defeated our namesake, Kalib Starnes, and now he will fight Joey Gorczynski at G-Force Fights 3.
Joining Lombard is another Bellator fighter, Jorge Masvidal (19-4). Masvidal was widely considered a shoo-in to make the lightweight finals but lost to Toby Imada in semi-finals (you may remember it). Jorge followed the upset loss with two straight victories one over Sengoku lightweight champion Satoru Kitaoka.
G-Force Fights 3 takes place at American Airlines Arena in Miami, Fla.

There’s a good interview on MMA Fighting with Masvidal and I feel sorry for Toby Imada. After how many times Jorge has watched himself getting beat like that over and over. I get the feeling he’s going to beat the hell out of Toby.
Lombard is a stud and would be much more highly thought of if more people had seen his fights. Definitely top 10 caliber fighter. Wouldn’t mind seeing a Mousasi rematch.
