(Lashley hopes that Strikeforce will sign SpongeBob SquarePants)

Strikeforce's April CBS offering posses some unique challenges. Having three title fights, all of which can potentially go 25 minutes, may turn into a scheduling nightmare because they could all end in twenty seconds as well. Thus the promotion needs to fill their undercard with good fights or name fighters (something they usually skip over) in order to have back-up for the televised card.

Strikeforce took the first step in stocking their preliminary card by tapping former WWE wrestler, Bobby Lashley, to fight on the April 17th card in Nashville, Tennessee.

It was previously rumored that Lashley would fight on the CBS card. Currently there is no word on a possible opponent.
