Knockouts in MMA aren't all unicorns, rainbows and care bears. While the act of watching someone being pummeled with enough force to cause your brain to stop functioning (in an attempt to protect itself), is pretty exciting for the fans the whole blood vessels bursting while your flesh swells and bones break isn't exactly a walk in the park for the fighters. Basically, it's like having to watch Sex and the City with your lady friend.
