Chael Sonnen calls full time fighters lazy. What does that make you?
Who would have thought Chael Sonnen would have a problem with people being lazy? I was as shocked as you were.
The Houston Chronicle's Jeremy Botter recently got a chance to chat with current number 1. middleweight contender, Chael Sonnen. Keeping with his tradition of providing quote worthy material, Sonnen now sets his sites on so called 'full time fighters.'
"Look, anybody who is a full time fighter is a full time lazy guy. There's no way. What do we work out for, three hours a day? I've got a two hour session with Team Quest and a one hour session on my own each day. That's three hours a day. I've got friends who spend more time playing golf. That leaves you 21 hours a day," Sonnen told Brawl Sports.
"You can either contribute to society or you can play Playstation. There is no such thing as a full time fighter. You can say that all you want, but unless you're working out 40 hours a week -- which you are not -- it's just not full time. That's just the truth."
I know it may seem like I'm a full time blogger, but in actuality, I only blog about three hours day. That other 21 hours is spent doing the lord's work in a manner comparable to Betsy Ross or Gandhi. My daily training regimen kicks off with waking at dawn, a half dozen raw eggs in a glass, and a ten mile run. From there, I go wherever God takes me. These prima donna fighters need to realize that while playing video games may help turn you into a top surgeon, there's nothing quite like selling real estate to make you a better humanitarian. You guys make me sick.

most full timefighters...
Also spend time training others too. Then promotingthemselves andtheir sponsors. Add in 6 or 7 days a week training. It canget to 40 hours a week pretty easily

well, to answer the headline, it makes me a graphic designer who works a full job all week and trains, i don’t like your implication mr. headline writer.
that being said, the photoshop on this is terrible. its called “brightness and contrast” and “levels” and together they help make pieces you place into shops look like they match the lighting on the piece. just a tip.
thank you, sir

He's all show...
I saw his interview on MMA Live and he either wants to become a stand-up comedian or he’s truly lost his mind and believes the crap he rambles about.
He is entertaining, I’ll give him that, but the “smart-ass tough guy attitude” just doesn’t appeal to me.

he may be a douche but he is pumping me up for this fight, i was never an anderson fanboy and i was never excited to see him fight, so thank u chael
i take that back, i was pumped for the hendo fight, what a coincidence both team quest wrestlers
i honestly think chael might win this, nowadays i see chael beating hendo
I see Chael beating Hendo aswell.
Hey, me and Hades DO agree on something, go figure.

Chael definitely wins at 185. Apparently Hendo won’t be fighting anymore at 185. He’s hit the age that the cut kills him. Wonder how much he walks at…
They’re both interesting leading into the fights for me because I think Silva’s biggest weakness is wrestling.

silva can be beaten for sure, hendo would have won if he didnt have the gas tank of a worn out 35+ yr old, no doubt a 30 yr old hendo would have put a beatin on silva
this is true

i wish anderson would fight k-1, imagine badr hari vs silva, or even crazier, overeem vs silva
a man can dream right?
He would get worked
by Badr Hari, I love me some Silva, but Hari would kick his head off.
