What's up guys!? I'm gonna do a weekly blog for this year while I'm locked up. Just want to keep y'all posted and give you some insight on what it's like here for me. When I first got here I was told I was gonna be kept in segregation to pretect myself since I'm a "celebrity." I told them NO WAY! 23 hours a day lockdown? FUCK THAT! So they stuck me in the "mainline." They classified me a 5 on a scale 1-6 so I'm with the big dogs. Everyone here has been to prison. Few guys in my unit are murderers waiting to be shipped out to prison for life. Funny, kinda odd, but they are the most friendly of the bunch... Most intelligent too. Hardest thing about this place is finding people you can have a decent conversation with.
So when you first get here you learn the rules, jail politics. You got the Whites, the Mexicans, and the Blacks + others. Whites and Mex share tables for recreation but you only eat show at your designated race's table. You never sit at the Blacks table and vice-versa, but you can talk to them here in County Jail. If a Mex or White fights a Black, all the Mex and Whites are required to jump in. One on one fights are only allowed against your own race and take place in an empty cell. I think it's dumb. I'm not trying to fight anyone and can care less abotu who fights who. I hope no big rumbles happen... I can't afford more trouble. Buttt if you don't help, you get jumped afterwards. Maybe I'll just throw body shots and leg kicks so I don't hurt anyone... Anyway so far all is well.
I'm bored a lot, just been reading and working out to stay busy. All the guys here are cool to me, I get a lot of questions about fighting. Seems everyone wants to learn some "moves." I wish we could train here, would make it way more fun... lol. So yeah, anyway I don't see anyone fucking with ME... Only way BS goes down is if I get drug into someone elses lame drama. Well that is that! Week 1 in a nut shell. Look forward to keeping you guys updated. Can't wait to get out and fight for all my fans again! Can't wait to open my gym in Austin! Doesn't sound too bad now does it? Here's hoping he doesn't get beat up in prison and can grow from the experience into a better human being. Who am I kidding?

on another blog it said that him being in mma would protect him from other inmates b/c they would be scared.
it’s the other way around. they will fight him to prove a point that they are tougher than a former mma fighter.

i've seen your posts before and i like you but just think what your saying.
i think that guy has mental problems and would you want to fight a guy who had mental problems off his medicine? if you are on meds you have to take them as prescribed which is usually at least once a day. if you change the pattern you might not like what you get. not starting something with you just explaining something to you.

i'm talking when he gets out and starts to resume his career if anybody would have him.
you think the diaz brothers went a little nuts at the mayhem miller fight. this guy just might pull a daley (vs kos) or something worse like a head butt or kicking or stomping you when you were on the canvas. yes he would be dq’d but you might sustain your own injury that could keep you out for months or maybe a year or two. it is a curious question on what meds are acceptable in the system before and after the fight. there must be mma fighters on meds but the anti- physcotic meds might be where they draw the line. i really don’t know. i might fanpost it on mania to see who knows.

After watching a marathon of Lockdown on NatGeo, as well as multiple episodes of Locked Up Abroad, I’m convinced that if you’re thrown in jail the first thing you need to do is start a fight with the first motherfucker you come across. That’s the primary way of getting proper respect in the joint. Being put in protective custody (segregation) is bad news since you get a reputation for being a pussy.

county, state, and federal are very different though. Theres a very good chance if you don’t fuck with anyone in county, you’ll never have an issue. If I was in county I would simply keep to myself period, and dont back down if someone tries to punk you.

I had a buddy that spent a lot of time in Huntsville( it's the state jail in Texas)
And for sure it’s segregated but he said for the most part as long as you don’t talk shit or talk to the guards or watch someone jerk off (especially that one) you’ll probably be alright.
