BJ Penn doesn't think much of Frankie Edgar

Oh BJ. Frankie Edgar scoring one of the biggest upsets in UFC history was pretty impressive. Listening to BJ though, you'd think some scrub outright stole his belt.
BJ Penn hasn't done an awful lot of talking leading up to rematch with the newly crowned Frankie Edgar, but just a few short weeks out from UFC 118, BJ is starting to pick up some steam. In a recent promo for UFC 118, Penn questions the legitimacy of Edgar being the UFC's lightweight champion.
"He's running around," said Penn. "Just step up and fight. And then I see his whole team run and pick him up. All your boys put you on their shoulders and dance you around in front of the judges and try to steal the victory. I'm not gonna be a part of that. Whatever, man. That's the man you are. You're the Ultimate Fighting Champion? Okay. I got you. It's a joke."
"I'm not afraid to exchange with him in any way," said Penn. "I don't think he wants to exchange with me. He's going to be running around. He's just going to try to jazz up what he did last time. A little quicker, a little better, maybe throw in a little kick. His corner, they don't have much to work with. They've just got little Frankie Edgar. They don't have the knockout king or the submission king. They've just got Frankie Edgar."

Penn is going to manhandle lil Frankie Edgar. His entire camp has said he hada nasty sinus infection and didnt train for weeks heading into the last fight. Plus, if you notice, he doesn’t sit down between rounds. He puts his wrapped leg up on the stool. you can even hear his corner telling him to get his leg up!
So I think he was sick and he was injured and didnt want to pull out of the fight since Belfort did vs. Silva especially in Abu Dhaibi. Then he didnt want to make excuses since thats what ppl have labeled him since the GreaseGate incident.
Now that he watched the first fight hes all pissed off and butthurt and trying to talk shit about Frankie’s winw ithout making any excuses for his performance.

Did anyone notice the knee sleeve BJ wore in that fight?
Maybe he had a knee injury, he just didn’t look like himself last time out.

It’s true, Edgar is a pussy for not standing in front of BJ and letting himself get slugged in the face.
And this part is completely hypocritical:

Yeah, cause BJ would NEVER ride around on his corner-man’s shoulders! Oh wait, never mind.
Big difference between celebrating after a finish and pre judges scorecards shoulder straddling.

Are these judges even people? I thought they just used some sort of American Idol: The Video Game decibel meter for determining who won the fight.

judges can be influenced. its a very popular belief. Forrest Griffin writes about it in his first book

Leave it to Penn to come off as even more bitter and salty than he was when GSP made him quit on the stool like a punk.
Sorry BJ but even if you dominate Frankie, it still won’t change what happened at UFC 112 you got worked over by little Frankie Edgar for 5 rounds. The untouchable BJ Penn got picked apart and made to look foolish by a guy who should be fighting at FW. I know that hurts but the truth always does, though considering how much bullshit comes from your mouth I think you’ve forgotten what that sounds like.

you should rewatch that fight
he didnt get picked apart. Frankie was missing consistently for 3 straight rounds and getting punched in the face everytime he came in.
And technically, BJ’s corner threw in the towel when he was grease hopped by GSP
