Jacob Volkmann's Idiotic Statements Get Him a Visit From Secret Service

The Secret Service showed up at both his residence and during his youth wrestling camp to interview him about the potential threat made to the President.
MMAWeekly.com confirmed with training partner Nick Thompson, who spoke directly to Volkmann, that the Secret Service agents showed up and interviewed him regarding his remarks about President Obama following UFC 125.
The interview was a formal process due to any potential threat made against the President, and Wednesday's investigation should be close of the matter.
Volkmann was successful in his fight at UFC 125, and almost mentioned a possible future fight against Clay Guida. It appears that one is much more likely than the Obama confrontation.
Now this is funny. Can't say I feel sympathy for the guy.

Maybe you shouldnt be dumb enough to make derogatory comments about the PRESIDENT OF THE FUCKING COUNTRY on NATIONAL TELEVISION. Even if it’s within his rights to do so, it’s not very smart. Also i doubt he could have done a better job in Obama’s shoes

And that it was a formality… you know, so long as Volkmann didn’t promptly expose himself as a would-be assailant.
Unlike previous inquiries to other people, I assume… (Only reason that would make sense to explain such a formality… because someone actually was that dumb.)
